Mukhya Mantri Vivah Shagun Yojna

This scheme is being implemented to honour the girl child and to ensure that the girls from poor families and daughters of widows/destitute women, sports women and orphan girl child, are married gracefully. For this purpose, grant is given to the following persons for the celebration of marriage of their daughters under this scheme. Only on-line applications on https://shaadi.edisha.gov.in/ are accepted under this scheme.

All section’s families (General and Backward Classes) having  family annual income is less than or equal to Rs. 1,80,000 per annum

 The couple belongs to all sections of society in Haryana who are not covered in the above provisions of the scheme, who register their marriages with in a period of 30 days from the date of marriage will be given a Shagun of Rs. 1100/- and a sweet box .

Note (a):

  1.       The applicant will submit his application within 6 months after marriage with their marriage registration.
  2.       No application will be entertained received after 6 months of the date of  marriage.
